Our History

Shadow Run is a 150 acre ranch and vineyard offering varietals of Syrah, Petite Sirah, Viognier and Malbec.  Much of the ranch is home to wildlife and will remain in its natural state.  A morning or evening walker will see family of quail; and the observant and quiet visitor may see bobcat, deer or a lone heron fishing at the pond.

A ranch that typifies the natural beauty of California's Central Coast, Shadow Run includes large areas of native plants that paint a spectacular palette in the Spring.  Ancient oceans once covered the land and fossilized seashells are a common find on the terraced hillsides.  Forests of pine and manzanita provide wildlife habitat in the "Long Valley."
